Join us for a 1-hour Introduction to Forest Bathing for just $20.  Our Certified Forest Bathing Guide will hold a 1-hour Introduction to Forest Bathing program to explore this practice (also called shinrin-yoku) that has been proven to help with anxiety, stress, depression, cardiovascular health, immune function and more.
