Introduction to Forest Bathing at Naples Yard and Garden Show

While a typical forest bathing experience is almost three hours, Blue Zones Project - SWFL is sponsoring this free 1-hour program to introduce the wellness practice to people interested in slowing down, relaxing, reconnecting with nature and themselves, and learning about the physical and mental health benefits.

Our certified forest bathing guide will discuss what forest bathing is, lead a guided meditation, and offer invitations for sensory forest bathing activities around the Demonstration Garden at the UF/IFAS Extension Office during its annual Naples Yard and Garden Show (which is also free), where there will be plants for sale and lectures by Master Gardeners.
