SWFL Blue Zones Project is sponsoring this free 1-hour "Introduction to Forest Bathing" for up to 40 people ages 18 and older. Forest Bathing ties to several of the Blue Zones Power 9 Lifestyle Habits of the World's Longest-Lived People: Move Naturally, Down Shift, Loved Ones First, Right Tribe, Plant Slant, and Purpose.
