Forest Bathing in Ave Maria

Enjoy a nature-based wellness experience led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide in Ave Maria's North Park.

The program includes a guided meditation and sensory explorations such as sight, hearing and touch to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is not a hike or educational but instead a chance to fully relax.

This program is for ages 18+. Free parking. Restrooms available.
