Enjoy a quiet, peaceful and relaxing nature-based wellness experience led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide.
Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, starts with a guided meditation and features sensory explorations with nature.
This is a special, reduced-rate program of $35 offered by Go Forest Bathing in conjunction with Ave Maria. It is for ages 18+.
Plenty of free parking. Restrooms available.
