Listen to the gentle lapping of the waves and feel the soft sand beneath your feet as you enjoy a relaxing forest bathing experience at the beach. Weather-permitting, guests will see a beautiful sunset from the water.
Go Forest Bathing and Sand Dollar Boat Tours offer forest bathing wellness programs on the beach in the Ten Thousand Islands. Guests depart from San Marco Marina in Goodland for a 20-minute boat ride to a barrier island. The 90-minute nature-based forest bathing includes immersive experiences with the sand, foliage and water.
Forest bathing is a time of relaxation and stress relief that can be done in many nature spaces.
